Personal Training Gym in Asheville
Train 1:1 with a coach in a real gym. Independent personal trainers work with clients on our open floor — no class conflicts, no waiting on equipment.

A personal training environment that respects the work.
Most box-style gyms aren't built for one-on-one coaching: equipment is locked behind a class, the floor is too crowded, or you're paying a chain to use a barbell. NC Open Gym is the opposite — independent coaches train clients here every day, on real equipment, with no class fighting for the floor.
You can hire one of the trainers from our roster, or bring your own.

See our Find a Trainer page for the roster of independent coaches. Each runs their own business and sets their own rates.
Can I bring an outside trainer?
Yes — outside coaches need to coordinate with us first. See For Trainers.
Does the trainer fee include gym access?
You and your trainer each need floor access — usually a membership or pass.
Do you offer beginner-friendly trainers?
Yes — many of our coaches specialize in working with people who haven't trained in a while.
